Why do you want to be a call center agent?
I want to be a call center agent is for many reason. First, I believe that the call center industry is the fastest growing industry. Which means there is a lot of growth within the field for someone who is will to work (like me…). Second, I believe I have a healthy curiosity as to how a call center becomes successful and based on what I know the call center industry lifestyle compliments my life styles. I love to inter act with people I’m trained to help people. Lastly, I want to be a call center agent in your company bcoz I believe that it would mutually beneficial. I am willing to contribute to your success and I know your company will help me grow.
How do you want to be perceived?
It can be yourself be confident and to be seen a proffesionalism.
