  1. Case 1: Call Centre workers were hired to provide the following :
    – proper Customer Services to clients you are paid for that!
    – to deliver good services in a very polite manner.
    – staff must know the products very well as some clients are very inquisitorial and cannot be satisfied until they find the right answer
    – staff to provide excellent communication, attention to detail, to feed clients accurate information
    – has to have the proper voice manner, it should sound, welcoming, warm and not grumpy
    – has to use polite words, be exact, be gentle and cheerful and has to have wits.

    The above characterization of a call centre worker must be present all the time. Staff should understand that Clients has very less knowledge of the products being sold, or not aware of what they are actually need. Call Centre staff must have PATIENCE, to attend to all clients. Figure it out, without your Customers, do you think you have a job right now within the Call Centres???

    Remember, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
    when an irate customer started to abuse you, the only way to deal with it is
    -TRY TO BE UNDERSTANDING!
    -NEVER LET YOUR EMOTIONS RUN WILD!
    -KEEP YOUR VOICE TONED DOWN!
    -AGREE WITH THEIR DILEMNAS
    -NEVER ARGUE
    -SWITCH A HEATED ARGUMENTS IN A PLEASANT CONVERSATION
    -OFFER SOME ALTERNATIVE
    -NEVER BE SILENT, LISTEN
    etc etc etc

    I myself have dealt with many call centre operators, some of them has no pleasant voice, some of them sounded really pissed off, annoyed and i felt like they just want to hang up on me…
    I, myself is a very inquisitive person (client) when I needed more information, I will make sure that I wrote all of them in a piece of paper so that I won’t leave anything unanswered.
    with my inquisitorial nature, i feel that some call centre operators are intimidated – when i sense it…. i go for the kill… i would say, Could I speak with your MANAGER?

    when they hear that sentence,,,, they do become polite, agreeable, they become so tensed that they start to buckle~! i have spoken to so many operators there are some who are EXCEPTIONAL
    but most of them are not FULLY TRAINED

    so, to all of the CALL CENTRE OPERATORS.
    beware.. because you are being tracked…. my only advise to you is LOVE YOUR JOB, BECAUSE IF YOU DO, YOU WILL LOVE YOUR CUSTOMERS! TREAT YOUR CLIENTS VERY SPECIAL, IF YOU DO NOTHING COULD GO WRONG…….

    I worked in an Outbound Customer Service in the past… and believe you me!!!!! some of the clients I spoke to have said that I am helpful… and cheerful and 2 chaps even want to have a date with me… hahahah, that is what you call a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATION!

    so .. keep CALM and RELAXED and JUST ENJOY WHAT FEEDS YOU.. no offense meant ,,,, just giving you my opinion about it…. thanks pamangkin .

    but words can never hurt me…

    di nyo naman nakikita ang kausap nyo, so kung bastos man or inabuso kau, eh wag nyo ng pag aksayahan ng oras,,, sa dami ng ina assist ng mga call centre operators eh makakalimutan nyo na un.. di tulad ng when you have to face the person na abusuhin ka, ah iba na un…. suntukan na!!!
    ang galing ang galing, so pag may nag abuse sa akin, ipapa track ko din bwhahahaha..

  3. hindi ba nila nilinaw kung bakit nla ginawa un?? although sinabi nga na nagcomplain ung customer because of sms delays… kaya ng may mga floor walkers at supervisors para sila nman ang murahin…. hehhee

  4. mart… di ba nyo dinidisclosed ang full name you kung mag assist kau ng customer?
    may CCO kasi kaming nakausap na medyo mataray ang dating, eh tinanong namin ang name nya buo sabi first name lang daw pede ibigay , tinanong din namin anong Call centre branch sya nag ooperate ang sagot ba naman eh Customer Service, eh ang location tinatanong namin, syempre kalahi natin,,,, pero nagbigay naman ng reference ng call na un na inassist nya.. so enough record na un para ma track sya heheheh

    • oo ganun nga. pde bigay first name. bawal surname. pde ka magbigay ng reference number dun sa caller. ganun talaga maraming balahurang agents. siyempre hindi ako kasama dun! mabait yata akong agent!
