Paskong Pasko may Pasok!

Everyone’s celebrating, exchanging gifts, and having a feast with their Christmas dinner.   But for us, we are sitting in front of our stations, taking calls and wishing our customers a very Merry Christmas.  Well, ganyan talaga.

In my six years of working in a call center, this is the first time that I’ll be spending Christmas away from home, away from my family.  I don’t mean to be melodramatic, but hey, that’s what goes through my mind every time I think about it.

Dati pag Christmas kasama ko ang family ko, my wife Jonah and my son Samuel.

Sabi nga, “Duty first before pleasure” (tama ba yun?).

I guess the best way to beat the Christmas blues is to remain optimistic.  At least we are fortunate to spend the holidays with our loved ones.

Merry Christmas to all!

  1. Haha😀
True!!! Although, lucky that I haven’t spent Christmas or New Year taking calls pero nasubukan ko na pumasok right effing after the effing feast!!! So I feel you there brother! Ahaha😉
Pero, to think that your spending it with the people known to be your second family is great na rin!
I miss ma peeps! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Cheers!😉

  2. It’s all a matter of conditioning your mindset. I too work almost all year round including Dec 25 and Jan. 1 unless it falls on a Friday like this year.

If you don’t think much about it…you won’t miss it.

  3. It’s my 2nd Christmas Eve in the office,. May choice kasi- either Christmas eve or New Year’s eve ka papasok. Cympre I’d rather on christmas, pag-uwi ka ng umaga pasko pa din naman. Sa new year, you just missed all the fun..
